It's hard to not feel lik...I know how you feel. It's hard to not feel like this is taking forever sometimes. But it's definitely one of those things that takes time...and as you start to see the results, it becomes so worth the wait.<br /><br />I've only lost 11 pounds so far, but I can already see my face looks slimmer & my back doesn't seem to have rolls. Look for some NSVs too...they definitely help the journey feel like it's going quicker!!<br /><br />Congrats on the loss!! Now that I realize this is FOR LIFE, I realize there's no rush. That really helped me get over feelings of disappointment when it came to the scale.
